Founder of  The Alla Prima Bootcamp, a long-term mentorship program, Chelsea Lang is best known for sharing her love and knowledge of alla prima oil painting.

Chelsea Lang Core Portrait Palette - Presented in a slim, cardboard box with foam lining for safe and easy transport. Eight colors, 40ml size tubes:

• Titanium White - Without any Zinc added, our pure Titanium White is the perfect neutral white for mixing. Robust yet natural in brilliance, just small amounts will soften mixtures to a subtle warmth.
• Yellow Ochre - Our Yellow Ochre is an authentic Natural Yellow Earth, golden, translucent, and warm. Ideal for creating sensitive greens or adding a subtle warmth to mixtures without adding shadow.
• Terra Rosa - Warm Natural Red Earth, this terra-cotta earth color is richly red and rosy yet natural in both its tint and tone, as it easily mixes into a full range of soft salmon pinks.
• Transparent Red Oxide - Clean mixing, vibrant yet earthy modern Synthetic Iron Oxide that's a very transparent warm red brown with intense hot undertone. Brightens instead of neutralizing mixtures, enhancing other colors in the mixture without adding opacity.
• Transparent Brown Oxide - Deep warm brown modern Synthetic Iron Oxide, transparent yet lush. Clean and strong mixing without dulling to impart warmth and transparency in darker values.
• Ruby Red - Strong Quinacridone modern bright red producing vivid cold lightfast tints with white. Richly pigmented semi-transparent cool primary to easily brighten other mixtures or tints. Mixes cleanly to amplify both warm and cool colors.
• Ultramarine Blue - Indispensable warm primary, this splendid 19th century invention will make violets with any cool red and is ideal for creating dark neutrals with brown earths. Gorgeous, rich deep blue, substantial, fully pigmented and highly addictive.
• Viridian - Genuine pure Viridian, richly pigmented, soft yet bright, blue-green mineral pigment. Can sit on the palette as a cool blue mixing transparently to produce both natural and clean greens and pale turquoise tints.
