Deep warm green gray, with a rich red undertone, Jasper is semi-opaque and great for mixing to achieve highly effective changes in value and tone. 

Creates elegant tints with white. Imaged above, with Jasper at left, is French Ochre Havane at center and French Golden Ochre at right. Along the bottom we tinted each with Titanium White to reveal the green gray of Jasper but more paler notes of pink and gold with the two natural earth colors.

Expertly compounded from bright complements, including Cadmium Yellow, Jasper is also found in the complete set of all eight grays, A Set of Color and Light.
